COMMISSIONED #B1159 Utor Bruyere Rusticated Dublin – I’m guessing this Dublin is French made. The brush rustication is attractive and shows some probable age with the P-Lip stem. I found this Dublin at an antique shop on the Black Sea coast city of Burgas, Bulgaria.
